Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Couva for a Marketing and Brand Communication Specialist at Technical Integrated Services. This role will oversee the group’s digital marketing strategy, design impactful campaigns, and manage brand reputation across the group of companies in Trinidad, Guyana, and the wider region. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and purpose.

Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Marketing & Branding
    • Develop and execute annual brand and digital marketing strategies across all three companies.
    • Ensure consistency in branding, tone of voice, and visual identity across touchpoints (print, digital, social, physical assets).
    • Produce and manage high-quality marketing materials: flyers, presentations, brochures, signage, email campaigns, social media content, etc.
  1. Corporate Communications & Brand Reputation
    • Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with company values and strategic goals.
    • Develop PR content such as press releases, company announcements, and impact reports.
    • Act as brand guardian across the group, proactively managing brand equity and public reputation.
    • Serve as the primary liaison for media, community engagement opportunities, and brand-related stakeholder communications.
  1. Sustainability & Community Engagement
    • Support the development and rollout of the Group’s sustainability initiatives, partnering with internal departments and external partners.
    • Communicate sustainability impact clearly through campaigns and reporting that reflects the Group’s commitment to sustainability and community development.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with sales teams to develop product marketing materials and digital campaigns that drive business results.
    • Collaborate with HR, HSEQ, and operations teams to support internal campaigns and employer branding efforts.
    • Support coordination of company events, trade shows, and branded experiences.
  1. Digital Marketing & Analytics
    • Manage website content updates (in partnership with IT or agency support).
    • Oversee company social media channels with a strong understanding of content planning, engagement, and metrics.
    • Track campaign performance and prepare monthly/quarterly marketing performance reports.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing/communications role, ideally within industrial, energy, or B2B sectors.
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong copywriting skills and content creation experience.
  • Familiarity with website CMS tools, email marketing platforms, social media scheduling tools and AI tools.
  • Experience coordinating projects or community engagement programs is a strong asset.

We are seeking proactive and dedicated HSE Professionals to join our dynamic team that will be based at on client’s site. This position will be crucial for the maintenance of a robust health, safety, and environmental standards on-site. As a key contributor to on-site operations, the HSE Advisor will work collaboratively with teams to identify hazards, mitigate risks, and promote a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance while fostering operational excellence.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs and procedures to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and propose corrective actions.
  • Reporting of all incidents, lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and recommend preventive measures.
  • Provide HSE training and awareness to staff, ensuring a deep understanding of safety protocols applications.
  • Maintain records and reports related to safety, health, and environmental compliance.
  • Collaborate with project and team leads to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Provide guidance with up to date with HSE laws and regulations, ensuring all processes align with industry best practices.
  • Identify and minimize on-site risks, ensuring all hazards are properly addressed and controlled.
  • Develop and communicate safety alerts based on incidents to prevent recurrences.
  • Support the site Emergency Response Plan by ensuring team training, readiness, and regular emergency drills.
  • Orient subcontractors and suppliers on their HSEQ roles and responsibilities.
  • Review and verify contractor documentation, ensuring compliance with project and statutory requirements.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. NEBOSH, IOSH, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a process or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of successful HSE program implementation and incident management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Proven experience managing HSEQ for high-risk onsite operations, with knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
  • Practical knowledge of site-specific safety challenges, including confined spaces, heavy machinery, and hazardous materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting, training, and on-site interactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and software tools for site auditing and documentation.
  • Mental and physical fitness with ability to meet the demands of site work will be favourable.
