Industrial Radiography

Radiographic Testing (RT) is one of the most widely used NDT methods for the detection of internal discontinuities in many types of weldments.  TIS’s Radiographic Services consist of both X - Ray and Ir-92 Gamma Ray Radiography.  We have a team of field seasoned RT Level II technicians trained in accordance with SNT-TC-1A 1992.

For fast documentation, all film is developed immediately either at our permanent labs using automatic film developers or in one of our mobile darkroom facilities.  Our Technicians utilize a modern, dependable fleet of 2*4 & 4*4 vehicles offering excellent mobility even in the harshest of environments. 

TIS’s pipeline services offer qualified technicians and inspectors using state of the art inspection tools and equipment; from pipeline crawlers for pipe from 6” to 60” to mobile 4 X 4 darkrooms for on-site results and automatic film processors for artifact free film.
