TIS offers the full range of Heating Services.  Heating Services include  Pre-Heat and Post-Heat.  

Pre-Heating reduces the level of thermal stress, minimizes the rate of weld hardening and reduces Hydrogen cracking.

Post-Heating improves machining stability, increases resistance to corrosion and diminishes brittle failure.

We also offer Gas Fired Heat Treatment and Refractory Dry Out for large or small Vessels/Piping.

Our Stress Relieving department has  6 – 75 KVA 6 Ways Units with Digital Temperature Recorders and Controllers. We offer a 24 hour callout service and can offer the most competitive pricing in the market. We have aligned ourselves with Thermal Solutions Inc of the U.S. and they can complement any Special Gas or Electrical project to be serviced.  Together we can supply a fully trained Engineering staff to ensure correct procedures and  work practices on any size job.
